Description	This self-amplifying mRNA encodes the enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) along with four nonstructural proteins (nsP1–nsP4) derived from the positive-sense single-stranded RNA alphavirus Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus (VEEV). These nonstructural proteins mediate intracellular RNA replication, enabling prolonged and enhanced transgene expression.
Modifications	5' capped using the vaccinia capping enzyme system and 2'-O-methyltransferase to generate a Cap-1 structure 100% substitution with pseudouridine triphosphate (Ψ-UTP) 30% substitution with 5-methylcytidine triphosphate (5mCTP) Poly(A) tail: 180 nucleotides
