IP: 10 μg in 0.3-0.5 mg cell lysates is suggested.
Background B7 homolog 6 (B7-H6), a novel member of the B7 family, was identified on tumor cell surfaces. B7-H6 promotes tumorigenesis via apoptosis inhibition, proliferation and immunological progression. B7-H6 might be a valuable biomarker and target for immunotherapy, diagnostics, and prognostics in cancer.
QC

Flow cytometry assay showing cell binding intensity. 1 ml of ZR5 cells (10^6) were incubated with 5 μg B7-H6 monoclonal antibody, and detected with Cy5-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit antibody. Shaded area, isotype control antibody, cyan line, B7-H6 antibody staining.
