Suspension Cultured Mammalian Cells
Our approach to generate up to 1 g quantities of native and active recombinant proteins for functional, therapeutic, and structural studies:
- Transient protein expression in suspension cultured 293F or 293E cells
- High efficiency transient expression system to produce up to 1 g protein in 4 to 14 days
- Native, active, high purity (> 95% purity) Fc fusion protein, Fc fusion tag can be removed by protease digestion

- Up to 1 g purified (> 95% purity) Fc fusion protein, cleavable by 3C protease.

Required Materials
- Plasmid containing gene of interest plus complete vector sequence in electronic format
- or protein sequence for gene synthesis (with additional price for gene synthesis)
