This E1/E3 deleted adenovirus expresses Cre recombinase under the control of a CMV promoter. Cre recombinase is a type I topoisomerase from P1 bacteriophage that catalyzes site-specific recombination of DNA between loxP sites. This adenovirus can be used for switching on or off the expression of target genes flanked by loxP sites.

Titer: 1 X 10¹² PFU/ml.

Purity:  in vivo grade.
