CareerMolecular Biologist The ideal candidate should have a M.S. degree plus two years laboratory research experience in cloning, protein expression and purification. Experience should include PCR, cloning, protein expression in either bacteria, insect cells or mammalian cells. Will be responsible for: 1), Subcloning of human genes to protein expression vectors; 2), Protein expression in bacteria, insect cells or mammalian cells; 3), Protein purification using Pharmacia AKTA FPLC systems. |
