Cloning and Gene Synthesis:

* Luciferase and secreted luciferase alone or fused to monomeric fluorescent proteins using self-cleaving 2A peptides (F2A, T2A, E2A, and P2A).
* Detection Tags: c-myc, HA, Flag, 3XFlag, Halo, Strep, T7, S-Tag, Streptavidin-Binding Peptide (SBP), V5 Epitope, Xpress Epitope.
* Color Tags: Soluble Red Tag, cytochrome b5, 13 kDa; Yellow Tag: flavin mononucleotide (FMN) domain of human cytochrome P450 reductase, 21-kDa.
* Secretion Signal Peptides: for protein expression in yeast, insect cells, and 293/CHO cells.
6) Site-directed mutagenesis and multi site-directed mutagenesis.
7) Preparation of endotoxin-free plasmid DNA.
